The Henner Group, a specialist in personal insurance, is proud to announce the appointment of Vanessa Carenco as Deputy CEO, in charge of Human Resources, Communications, and Facilities.

Vanessa CarencoVanessa Carenco, 47, has been appointed Deputy CEO in charge of human resources, communications, and facilities. Her first role is to implement the strategy to reinforce the excellence of the Henner Group, in particular with regards to HR. She will also take the reins of communications to develop the Group’s prominence and promote its talents.

With a Masters in Law and in Human Resources, Vanessa Carenco has notched up more than twenty years of experience in B2B services. Prior to joining Henner, she was director of human resources at Atos France where she coordinated the incorporation of the Group Bull, and implemented a manager and talent training program (Atos Excellence Program) in partnership with EM Lyon and Polytechnique.

Vanessa Carenco’s main challenge is to support the transformation of the Henner Group and structure the HR policies to pursue the standard of excellence set by the management team.
