THE HENNER GROUP IS OPENING AN OFFICE IN KUALA LUMPUR, MALAYSIA
The Henner Group, a specialist in personal insurance and leading collective healthcare insurance provider, is pleased to announce the official opening of an office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Following the opening of branches in Singapore in 1999 and Hong Kong in 2012, Henner is opening an office in Kuala Lumpur to strengthen its business activity in the Asia-Pacific area and support the Group’s French and international clients also present in Asia.
Directed by Michelle Yap, the office in Kuala Lumpur lies in the heart of the economic capital of Malaysia. It currently has some 25,000 members, most of whom are covered by supplementary healthcare plans.
The objective of the office in Malaysia, which will employ around ten people by late 2017, is to increase the proximity with our clients in South-East Asia in order to serve them more effectively and develop the network of healthcare providers in the area.
Elise Trépat, Director of the international division at Henner, explains, “Malaysia is a hub for international companies conducting business in the Asia-Pacific area. The proximity of Kuala Lumpur to Singapore will enable us to work together and reinforce our standing in South-East Asia.”
Already present internationally, the Henner Group has been developing its business activities in Asia since 1999, trading as GMC Services, via a network of around fifty partner brokers.
