The Henner Group relocates its head office to Neuilly-sur-Seine to support its growth
The Henner Group, health and life insurance specialist and leader in group health insurance, announces the relocation of its head office to Neuilly-sur-Seine (92). Starting at the end of November, the Henner Group will bring its entire Parisian workforce together (over 700 people) at the following address: 14 boulevard du Général Leclerc.
The relocation of the Henner Group’s historic head office is a part of its strategic development plan and will aid in supporting the continued growth of its activities and employees, as well as strengthening the cohesion of its teams.
Since beginning operations in 1947 in the 9th district of Paris (eponymous street), this relocation will be one of the biggest projects in the Henner Group’s history.
Charles ROBINET-DUFFO, Chief Executive Officer of the Henner Group: “After experiencing very strong growth in the past three years, it was important for the company to acquire new premises suited to its development and favouring a strong synergy between the teams.”
The key words for this relocation to the new premises in Neuilly were: interaction between the different departments, optimisation of space, improvement of employee exchanges and well-being (break room, concierge service, well-designed company canteen, showers, landscaped garden).
Sandrine MAURICE, Deputy Chief Executive Officer Human Resources & Communication: “The Henner Group recruited people for more than 260 new positions over the past two years and we still plan to recruit more people in 2016 within the company’s main business areas.”
Furthermore, the choice of the Henner Group’s new address was made according to precise specifications in terms of outreach and accessibility to the Western Paris business district.
The Henner Group’s new head office at 14 boulevard du Général Leclerc in Neuilly-sur-Seine covers a surface of 12,800 m2, extending over 8 floors and overlooking the Seine River.
The 700 company employees will occupy 8 of the 9 floors in the building.
The Henner Group signed a green lease for a fixed term of 12 years with the property owner Gecina.
